Doctor Re Reeling Machine
Krishna Engineering Works manufacturer, exporter, and supplier of all types of Doctor Re Reeling Machine, Doctor Rewinding Machine, Inspection Rewinding, Winding Rewinding Machine, Roll Batch Printing Machine, Doctoring Slitting, etc. We have designed this design for air brake with reel diameter, edge guide with actuator for unwinding reel, and the accuracy of air shaft for unwinding and rewind units.
Re Reeling Machine is used to protect the bad rewinder coil produced on the slitting and rewinding machine. The cantilever design-balancing body is used for easy loading and unloading of the rewind reel. They also have a movable unwind stage for the same guiding system (hydraulic web liner). It is an excellent alternative to online coding / batching operations.

- Movable unwind stage for hydraulic web liner (Edge guiding system). Cantilever design-balancing body for easy loading and unloading of parent/rebound reel.
- Optional Magnetic powder brake with tension controller and torque control mechanical 1.5 / 2.5 kg potentiometer.
- Provision for inclusion of inkjet printing system for drying hot air ink.
- The model is specifically designed to repair badly injured reels for inspection and doctoring operations.
- It is an excellent alternative to online coding / batching operations
